Egyptian Papyrus in a Pot

I'm obsessed with this amazing egyptian papyrus plant on a neighbor's door stoop. I tried to find one in the nyc flower district and no such luck...only the traditional looking papyrus but not this variety with the smaller, poofier clusters at the end of long, narrow rays. Would be spectacular as an option for a more modern table arrangement or decor.
